Dip glazer

The glazer is fully manufactured in stainless steel and non-corrosive materials. Specially designed for glazing of IQF products. The unit can be used as a standalone machine or as an integrated part of a fully automated process line. The frozen product is dipped with chilled water, which maintains full control of water supply pressure making it easy to achieve the required glazing percentage. The capacity, as well as the equalizing temperature and glazing percentages, do however largely depend on the product temperature.
