Stainless steel belt the product is led past the high velocity airflow called Horizontal flow which blows the air across the belt and past the products and then continuously blowing through the evaporator. The rapid horizontal Flow and the ultra-low temperature ensure a quick and homogenous freezing with in a minimum of time. Thus, ensuring a good quality finished product.
